Stephen Rositano

Stephen is based in our Parramatta office and specialises in worker’s compensation claims, particularly with the exempt workers scheme, and in superannuation claims such as total and permanent disablement and income protection. Stephen has also worked closely on Work Injury Damages and Common Law claims, along with public liability, occupiers’ liability, and intentional tort claims.

Stephen has assisted injured Police Officers. Stephen understands the different entitlements available to injured Police Officers, having worked closely in this area of law.

Stephen is aware of the hardships faced by an injured worker. He ensures that clients are able to reach the best outcome available to relieve them of their hardship.

As a recently admitted Lawyer of the Supreme Court of NSW, Stephen is eager to create a positive impression within the profession and to his clients.
