Sean's expertise
Sean is an Associate in the Queensland Wills and Estates Team and is based in our Brisbane office. Sean practices in estate planning, estate administration, and estate litigation.
Prior to joining Turner Freeman, Sean also practiced in tax law, asset protection, and business structuring, in addition to wills and estates. Sean’s experience in these areas enables him to identify and respond to a range of issues across different areas of law which can arise in complex estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation.
Sean has been involved in a wide range of simple to complex estate planning matters which involved numerous trusts, companies or other business structures, and simple to complex estate administration and estate litigation matters that included equitable claims and misuse of Enduring Powers of Attorney.
Sean was admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2017 and in the High Court of Australia in 2020. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) in 2016, and his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice in 2017.
Currently, Sean is completing his Master of Laws at the University of Queensland to further hone his skills.
Outside of work, you’ll find Sean at the gym; listening to history and political podcasts; watching independent films and old movies; and attending Brisbane’s many fine bars and restaurants.
