Samantha Li

Samantha is a lawyer in the personal injury team based at our Parramatta office with a focus on workers compensation claims, superannuation insurance claims, work injury damages claims, motor vehicle accident claims, occupiers and public liability claims.

Samantha started her personal injury law experience as a paralegal after graduation from university and progressed to be a lawyer following her admission in December 2022. Throughout the time, she has proven to be a most competent plaintiff lawyer.

Samantha joined Turner Freeman Lawyers in 2023. Prior to joining Turner Freeman Samantha worked with another NSW personal injury firm representing injured claimants. Samantha is an essential part of our customer care and personal injury service, particularly assisting clients from cross-cultural backgrounds.

Samantha also speaks Mandarin and is comfortable assisting clients of a Chinese background with their claims.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Design in Architecture, University of Sydney
• Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice
• Member of the NSW Law Society
• Admitted to Supreme Court of New South Wales – December 2022
